TOS 1000 SF 32″

The TOS 1000 SF 32″ is the compact machine in the orchard range — a 1 000-litre axial-fan sprayer sized for vineyards, berry plantings and younger orchards where row width and tractor size rule out the big-fan machines. In table grape country, this is the TOS that fits the row.

The 82 cm (32″) fan with ten adjustable-pitch blades produces an air band you can tune to the canopy rather than blast through it, and the AR 1203 pump delivers true orchard pressures — up to 50 bar — for the fine droplets that penetrate a vine canopy instead of painting its outside.

32″ fan with adjustable-pitch blades

An 82 cm (32″) axial fan with ten adjustable-pitch blades lets you match air volume to the canopy — steep pitch for dense mid-season foliage, shallow for young plantings where you'd otherwise blow spray straight through. Driven through a two-speed gearbox with neutral, so you can fill and transport with the fan off.

Orchard spraying is high-pressure work. The Annovi Reverberi AR 1203 three-diaphragm pump delivers up to 115 litres per minute at 50 bar, feeding hollow-cone nozzles with the pressure that fine, canopy-penetrating droplets demand — with capacity left over for constant tank agitation.

The AR By Matic 50 control unit holds your set pressure as sections open and close, with a master shut-off within reach. Set it once at the row end and the dose stays put — no creeping pressure as the tank empties.

Galvanised chassis and fan housing

Chassis and fan housing are hot-dip galvanised, not painted. Spray chemistry, fertiliser dust and washdowns eat paint in a season or two; galvanising is why these machines still look serviceable when they change hands years later.

Fourteen nozzle holders around the air outlet come fitted with standard hollow-cone tips; Albuz, MagnoJet or TeeJet equivalents are available to match your spray programme and water rates.

Questions

TOS 1000 SF 32″ — asked and answered

Will the TOS 1000 fit my vineyard rows?

The 1 000 L tank on a compact chassis suits typical 2.4–2.7 m vineyard rows with an orchard tractor. Send us your row width and tractor model — we'll confirm clearance before you order.

Why does pressure matter so much in orchard spraying?

Hollow-cone nozzles make the fine droplets that ride the fan's air into the canopy. Those droplets need pressure — the AR 1203's 50 bar capability is what a boom sprayer pump can't give you, and it's why orchard machines carry their own pump class.

Are spare parts available in South Africa?

Yes. Pump diaphragms and seals, control unit parts, nozzle bodies and tips are stocked at our Oudtshoorn workshop. Email abie@timagri.com or WhatsApp a photo of the part — most items ship same week.

Is the TOS 1000 SF 32″ set up before delivery?

Every TIMAGRI sprayer is commissioned on your farm: nozzles matched to your rows and target rate, pressure verified across all sections, and the operator walked through the controls before the first tank goes out.

Tell us your rows. We'll spec the sprayer.

Crop, row spacing, tractor horsepower — that's all we need to quote the right configuration, usually within one working day.
