Rate Controller
Keeps the set application rate constant at all tractor speeds.

The Nova 100 is the entry point to controlled spraying: it reads flow, pressure and speed and holds the set application rate constant at every tractor speed, so the first row and the last get the same dose. A 20 × 4 character display, ten stored jobs and SD/USB data transfer keep it simple to run from any 12 V cab. A Compact GNSS receiver is included for speed and position.
Best for: field boom sprayers with up to 5 sections that are moving from manual to controlled spraying.

Keeps the set application rate constant at all tractor speeds.
20 × 4 character screen for user-friendly navigation.
10 jobs can be saved and recalled at any time.
Spraying stops below the minimum set pressure and speed.
The system keeps pressure between the set operating limits during the job.
Regulates the spray job correctly for different nozzle spacings.
Prevents pressure loss when restarting the job at row turns.
SD card export and USB connection for software updates.
Core elements ship with every unit; optionals are quoted on request. Order codes match the Tim Digitize catalogue.
Valve kits, sensors and fittings the system needs on the machine — we quote them together with the computer and fit them at commissioning.

GNSS-guided spraying: automatic section control, automatic rate control, field boundaries and A–B guidance on one computer — 7 sections, Cross 200 antenna included.

Rate control tuned for orchards — the required application rate at every speed, with an orchard-specific spraying workflow and 40 bar valve kits.

GNSS-guided orchard spraying: automatic 2 or 4 section control, automatic rate control and orchard boundaries on one computer — the Nova 200 workflow, sized for tree rows.
Crop, row spacing, tractor horsepower — that's all we need to quote the right configuration, usually within one working day.
